Marlene Garcia Lulu, MAED graduated with the Degree Bachelor of Secondary major in English at Northern Bataan Institute in 1993 .She finished Master of Arts major in Educational Management at BPSU-DC in 2014 and having 42 units in Doctor of Education major in Educational Management in the same University. Her first teaching assignment was in Morong National High School, Morong Bataan from 1994 to 2000. She became a Master Teacher 1 at Pagalanggang National High School in 2008.She became a Head Teacher III in English Department last 2012 .At present she serves as Assistant School Principal II in Magsaysay NHS- Senior High School in August 2018 to present where she was awarded as Most Outstanding Principal of the District of Dinalupihan in 2019.
